June Yoga & Sound Bath Healing with Heather & Stephanie

The evening will begin with a grounding and gentle yoga practice led by registered yoga instructor, Heather Ellicott of Luminous Dragonfly Yoga.  This is perfect for anyone looking to end their day connecting breath and movement in a mindful way to help soften tight muscles, ease joint pain, connect the body and mind at a peaceful slower pace.

As you transition to Savasana, the final resting pose on your mat, Stephanie Tornatore from The Frequency Solution, will take you on a sound healing journey using crystal singing bowls. As a Reiki Master and a professional musician, she uses vibrational healing modalities such as Sound, Frequencies, and Reiki to help people heal their body, mind, and spirit  A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to NURTURE YOUR MIND AND BODY.
