Hoping that 3rd time is the charm... weather has been tricky this summer with heat and rain and twice yoga has been cancelled. Though clouds are in the forecast for this coming Wednesday, August 6th, so far no rain is predicted.
Join me at Aquila’s Nest Vineyards for fun-filled yoga practice the for final class that I will be teaching this summer at the vineyard. This 60 minute practice will be held outside at this premier Connecticut vineyard. Stay after the practice for a glass of their award winning wine, a summer wine-slushy, alcohol-free mocktails, live music and local food trucks.
